2. SOP: Patient Assessment and Vital Signs Monitoring
Purpose: This SOP aims to provide a standardized approach to assessing patients’ physical and mental well-being and monitoring their vital signs. It includes guidelines for obtaining accurate measurements of temperature, blood pressure, pulse rate, respiratory rate, and oxygen saturation levels.
