Rn SOP Examples
1. Patient Assessment SOP: The purpose of this SOP is to guide the registered nurse (RN) in conducting a comprehensive assessment of the patient’s physical, psychological, and social well-being. The scope of this SOP includes gathering relevant medical history, performing physical examinations, and assessing the patient’s mental status. The RN is responsible for conducting the assessment and documenting the findings in the patient’s medical record.
