The athlete is responsible for adhering to this SOP, with guidance from their coach or trainer. This SOP may reference other SOPs such as Nutrition and Hydration SOP, Injury Prevention and Rehabilitation SOP, and Performance Enhancement SOP.

2. Competition Preparation SOP: This SOP aims to provide a systematic approach for athletes to prepare for competitions. It includes guidelines on pre-competition routines, warm-up exercises, mental preparation techniques, and strategies for managing stress and anxiety. The scope of this SOP covers the period leading up to the competition and the immediate pre-competition phase.
