1. Medication Administration SOP: The purpose of this SOP is to ensure safe and accurate administration of medications to patients. It includes guidelines for verifying medication orders, preparing and administering medications, documenting administration, and monitoring for any adverse reactions. The scope of this SOP applies to all LPNs working in healthcare settings. The person responsible for this SOP is the LPN, under the supervision of a registered nurse (RN). This SOP references the Medication Order Verification SOP and Medication Documentation SOP.

2. Infection Control SOP: The purpose of this SOP is to prevent the spread of infections within healthcare facilities. It includes guidelines for hand hygiene, personal protective equipment (PPE) usage, proper disposal of contaminated materials, and cleaning and disinfection procedures.
